Transform Your Practice, Transform Lives: Support Empowerment Beyond Scars with Mind Body 26 Yoga

In the Free to Be Yoga Manifesto, community is celebrated as the cornerstone of our practice, embodying a collective journey towards wellness, support, and the transformative power of connection.

Join us on March 17th at 9:30 AM for a special session of Mind Body 26, a unique class that promises not just a journey through the transformative power of yoga but also an opportunity to contribute to a cause: Empowerment Beyond Scars.

The Power of Mind Body 26

Guided by the experienced and compassionate Danielle, this class is an invitation to dive deep into a sequence of 26 postures inspired by the essence of traditional hot yoga. Within the warmth of our studio, each posture is designed to challenge and rejuvenate your body, deepening stretches and enhancing detoxification in a way that's accessible to all levels of practice. From the first asana to the last, and culminating in a serene meditation, you'll emerge feeling stronger, more flexible, and entirely balanced.

We're dedicating this session to raising funds for Empowerment Beyond Scars, an organization committed to supporting domestic violence survivors through aesthetic medicine. In collaboration with DCADV, Child Inc, and the YWCA, they offer comprehensive treatments for physical injuries sustained from domestic violence, such as broken teeth, scars, bruises, and cigarette burns. By providing access to in-house treatments at Mint and Needle and collaborating with external dentists and plastic surgeons, they're making a tangible difference in survivors' lives.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Every participant in the Mind Body 26 class is contributing to this cause, with all proceeds from drop-in fees and additional on-site donations going directly to Empowerment Beyond Scars.

It's an opportunity to enrich your own spiritual and physical wellbeing while extending a helping hand to those in need of healing and hope.

We believe in the power of community, the strength of collective action, and the healing potential of yoga.
