Dancing requires a lot of strength and mobility. It is imperative for a dancer to have a mindful stretch and strength routine. Dance requires a lot of strength, flexibility, and stamina.

The individual coaching program offers a custom routine specifically for dancers. After an initial consultation, I will provide 4 custom videos specific to your unique challenges. The videos will assist with strength and recovery. In addition, I will provide two 30 minutes check-in to see how the program is going and offer any tips.
Also, you will gain access to the Rockstar on-demand library membership which features yoga, meditation, and strength practices.

*After purchase, you will have access to the custom videos and the Rockstar digital studio for 250 days.
