Think about the first time you tried a challenging pose—maybe it was Crow pose, Tree pose, or even Downward Facing Dog. The balance, the strength, the alignment—it all felt a bit too much, didn’t it? But with dedication, practice, and yes, perseverance, you found yourself doing it with grace and ease.

It's not just about reaching that final pose, but rather the journey—the falls, the wobbles, the readjustments—that teaches us to never give up.
