Our classes are inspired by the rich, deep-rooted history of yoga, and yet we're constantly evolving our practices to fit the modern world's needs. Our program features three core classes: Vinyasa Flow, Mind Body 26, and our signature Strength to Mat Class. Each class aims to address different facets of your wellness journey, ensuring a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement with breath. This class will help you build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind. You’ll flow through your practice, exploring new poses and revisiting old ones in a heated environment that amplifies the benefits.

Mind Body 26

Mind Body 26 is a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. Inspired by the traditional Bikram yoga sequence, this class is perfect for students of all levels. It’s a comprehensive workout, offering balance, flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Each pose targets a specific part of the body, creating a complete full-body experience.

Strength to Mat

Last but not least is our one-of-a-kind Strength to Mat Class. This class is a unique fusion of strength training and Yin Yoga, designed to give you the best of both worlds.

We begin with kettlebell, body weight, or dumbbell exercises to activate and strengthen your muscles. This high-intensity segment fires up your body, enhancing physical power and endurance.

Just when your body reaches its peak, we switch gears. Transitioning from the weights, we move to the mat for a Yin Yoga sequence. Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you the opportunity to tune in and calm your mind, while promoting flexibility and joint health.
