Join us for a transformative six-week prenatal yoga series, designed to nourish both body and spirit during this special time. Led by the compassionate Rachel with firsthand experience from three pregnancies, our sessions go beyond traditional yoga. They're a comprehensive approach to enhancing your wellbeing throughout pregnancy.
Key Features of the Classes: Techniques to support your changing body and alleviate discomfort. Breathwork and gentle stretches tailored for pregnancy. An opportunity to connect deeply with your baby and prepare for childbirth with grace and strength.
Class Schedule: Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 12:05 PM Starting May 2nd through June 6th
Pricing: Book all 6 weeks for $150.00 Drop-in rate: $25.00 per class Early Bird Special: $135.00 for all sessions if booked by April 30th!
