About the event
Join us for a “mini retreat” designed to release stress and anxiety. You’ll explore both active and restful ways to shed a little stress and anxious energy held within our bodies. A full 4 hours of disconnecting from your normal routine & allowing you a reprieve from your busy world.
The retreat begins with grounding, active movements to help release held tension in the body. Then, it will shift to yin/restorative yoga to further relax.
An introduction to Abhyanga -warm oil self massage, it is an incredibly nourishing ayurvedic routine. A daily abhyanga nurtures your, skin, muscles and tissues, helps loosen and release toxins from the body, soothes the nervous system, lowers the production of adrenaline and even provides excellent nourishment for the brain. Abhyanga can help us overcome daily mental and physical wear-and-tear!
