One year ago, we opened the doors to Free To Be Yoga & Movement, and we couldn’t have done it without you! You've not only made Free To Be Yoga your chosen studio to practice in, but you've also brought friends, family members, and loved ones, creating the incredible community we have today. From the bottom of our hearts, we are truly grateful to you!

To our incredible team of instructors: your passion and commitment to helping our students find peace, health, and balance in their lives is what Free To Be Yoga is all about. Each of you brings a unique and authentic perspective to the practice, fostering connection within our community and embodying the “yoga is for everyone” vibe we strive for. We've had the pleasure of watching you grow along with us, and we look forward to all the years to come. We appreciate you immensely!

Event Highlights:

• Yoga Dance Party: A super yummy Vinyasa flow set to funky, fun music, combined with body-rockin’ dance jams, capped off with a soothing Savasana. Join us for the best community around!
• Brunch-Style Refreshments, Giveaways, and More!

• Cost: $30 per person (Free for auto-renew members)
